I've tried to play that game a few times. I never have any idea what im doing. What is it exactly and how do you play?

It's essentially an RPG distilled to the choices. Obviously, the graphics are seriously lacking! I like it for its very neat sense of humor. The end game is essentially learning how to do runs through the main quest as quickly and efficiently as possible, though there are lots of alternative things to shoot for.
The basic idea is that you get 40 adventures per day. You can get more by having certain items equipped, eating food, drinking drinks, and doing various things that affect your spleen, but you have a limit on each of those each day.
You pick awesome classes like the Pastamancer, or Disco Bandit. You adventure in places like the Misspelled Cemetary, fighting zobmies and skleletons, or the Haiku Dungeon, where every single message is a haiku.
